About Grouse Creek School

Grouse Creek School is a necessarily existing small rural school in Grouse Creek, Utah.  We serve 8 students grades K-8.  Our school can serve students through 10th grade, and with Distance Learning connections to our district high schools to supplement what the two teachers provide, they can receive a great education. Our small class size allows for personalized attention, and we strive to meet the needs of each individual.

The two teachers at our school both have masters degrees in education, Mrs. Runyan in Elementary Ed. and Mr. Runyan in Secondary Ed.  Mrs. Runyan is also dual certified in Elementary and Secondary, with a secondary teaching major in English with the minor in journalism.

Mr. Runyan is secondary certified in Geography, Computer Science.  He is very close to completing all the requirements for his Level IV Mathematics Endorsement.  When that is complete, he will be highly qualified in all Secondary Math Classes through Calculus.
